These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Eaton Media LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a service, submitting footage, or using our studio, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
Eaton Media LLC offers video editing, studio rental, and production-related services. A clear agreement or scope of work will be discussed prior to the start of any project.
2. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed. Studio bookings and editing services are considered confirmed once payment is received.
3. Turnaround Times
Project delivery times will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Delays caused by incomplete files, unclear instructions, or missed communication may affect deadlines.
4. Revisions
We offer unlimited revisions within the original scope of the project. Revisions outside that scope — such as adding new footage, reworking concepts, or significant creative changes — may result in additional charges.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

7. Studio Use
Studio renters are responsible for the space during their booking. Any damage to equipment or property may result in additional charges. Studio time must be respected — extra time may result in additional fees.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, clients retain rights to their original content. Eaton Media LLC retains the right to use edited or produced content for portfolio or promotional purposes unless the client explicitly opts out in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
We will not be held liable for technical issues, data loss, or delays beyond our control. While we take every precaution to protect your work, clients are encouraged to back up their files.
10. Communication
All project communication must be conducted via email, phone, or other approved platforms. Timely responses help us stay on schedule.
11. Agreement
By booking with Eaton Media LLC, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to these terms.
