Refund Policy

At Eaton Media LLC, we’re committed to delivering high-quality video editing and media services that meet your vision. Please read the following refund and cancellation policies.

Editing Services (Remote)
All sales for video editing services are final once editing has begun. If you cancel before any work has started, you're eligible for a full refund.

We’re committed to getting it right — so we offer unlimited revisions until you're satisfied, within the scope of the original project. Please note that significant changes outside the original project scope (e.g., switching concepts, adding new footage, or reworking the structure entirely) may incur additional fees.

Studio Bookings / On-Site Services

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund

• 24–48 hours notice: 50% refund

• Less than 24 hours: No refund

One reschedule is allowed per booking, subject to availability.

No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment and provide no prior notice will not receive a refund.

Custom or Large-Scale Projects
Deposits for custom projects are non-refundable once work has begun. Refunds for custom projects are handled case-by-case.
